- Ensure that training environments are safe and that learners are made aware of health and safety procedures.
- Set a good example by following all health and safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any hazards, incidents, or concerns to the Health & Safety Officer immediately.

Employees and Learners:
- Follow all health and safety instructions and procedures.
- Use provided safety equipment and PPE as instructed.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or accidents to the appropriate authority.

- Regular risk assessments will be conducted for all training activities, premises, and equipment. These assessments will identify potential hazards and evaluate the risks associated with them.
